One of my favorite places in Queens. Their Spicy Beef rice noodle is amazing, perfect for the cold weather. They give you free noodle refills as much as you want but the original portion is already good enough actually. Service is fine, the atmosphere is nice as well. It's always clean and quiet. A good spot to have conversations with your friends while eating.
It's always a bit surprising how much the quality of this chain restaurant varies from location to location. There are a few locations in Boston that I went to when I used to live in MA, and I feel like the quality was so much better there than this location in Flushing. shrug I ordered the spicy beef flank rice noodle (麻辣牛腩米線). Tasty balanced meal for a great price. Came around 6pm on a Monday, and was relatively empty. We ordered the Original Crossing Bridge noodles with Beef slices. Food came out piping hot and fast. The noodles also came with tofu, corn, cabbage- making this meal well balanced, which can be rare when eating out. Everything was perfectly cooked and the broth was flavorful- nothing to nitpick at! Great spot for a balanced meal at an affordable price.
