I started coming to this location last week as I work close by. I only placed mobile orders with them. Yesterday, I ordered a large matcha and received a medium. Today, I ordered a medium ice coffee with skim milk and got no milk. This location is no where near packed as other Dunkins I have been to during the morning rush. I am not sure why orders are not done correctly.
I wouldn't recommend this at all. I ordered a chorizo burrito and it came COLD. I ordered something else and it was completely fine, but why does the burrito have to be cold? If food came in cold, it equals to an immediate 1 star, I told the employee at the front and they were nice enough to give me another one that was hot, so I added a star. Always speak up to the employees if your food is cold or there is an issue, it's your voice.
