Young lady behind the counter at approx 8:30am this morning, unfriendly, unprofessional. You can barely hear her. Asked for ketchup she threw it on the counter. She was very unpleasant.
The only reason I ever visit Dunkin Donuts is for their breakfast sandwich which is usually good and their donuts. This is my first visit to this location and I found it this retail chain store very busy and has a long wait for just coffee.

Dunkin’ is known for a rich, savory taste. This place doesn’t deliver that. The coffee is noticeable worse than any other Dunkin. I now go an extra 8 min out of my way to another one.
