“I love the interior of this shop. It is so exciting and stylish. I love the private stalls as well. The ramen was surprisingly good. We went there just to grab something between a soccer game and a violin lesson with my son. I did not expect much thinking this is another Chinese ramen place, but ramen here was surprisingly above my expectation. It is not special, but it tastes like a regular ramen in Japan. My son had the combination ramen (you can enjoy two different tastes), a bun, and a tea. He was satisfied as well. I will go back if I have a chance.”
“Many restaurants could learn a thing or two from Small Batch. Wonderful experience. Not only was the food fresh, inventive and meticulously prepared, but the staff was just lovely. Everyone was warm, not snobby, and went above and beyond to make my sister's birthday brunch enjoyable for my family. The food focuses on spotlighting the local ingredients and isn't overly fancy. My favorites were the hot fried chicken sandwich, the deconstructed eggplant parm appetizer, and the spaghetti with tomato sauce off of the kids menu (could have used a touch of salt but I think they underseasoned on purpose because it's for kids). The only dish that was pretty underwhelming was the shrimp and grits, which was kind of bland. The decor is also so tasteful and I felt transported to a fancy farmhouse somewhere on the coast of Rhode Island or something. I'll definitely be back!”

Stuffed crab meat shrimp as appetizer, bacon wrapped mozzarella served with a side of Lobster Bisque soup and tuna tartare with avocado. Scallops served with a asparagus and creamy risotto was delicious as entrees. Meal ended with a Creme Brulee topped with sliced strawberries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Great experience all around.Parking: Valet parking available.”
“Drove by and saw the happy hour sign and decided to drop in immediately was greeted by the friendly host and decided to sit at the bar. The overall ambiance is beautiful. The bartenders were amazing, quick and personable. I enjoyed light conversation and the manager Moses came out to ensure guest were enjoying themselves. As a vegetarian I enjoyed the cheese empanadas they were flavorful. I’d highly recommend the mango Margarita my sister got a blend the bartender made her which was really good ! Overall 5/5”
“We three ate here today. Tony, visiting from Ireland, and I each had the 1/2 rack of ribs which we both agreed was excellant, fall off the bone good. I had as my 2 sides collard greens and corn. Both sides were very good, seemed to have a slight pickled flavor and went down easily. She had the pulled pork sandwich, which she found excellent to include the thin bread, and she had to have the bread pudding for dessert, which was topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, so we had to help her finish it as it was too big for one person! Definitely the best rib place for both ribs and sides, we look forward to returning. The interior may seem a bit small but in the good sunny sumertime they have outdoor seating for well over a hundred diners. There's plenty of free parking, it's all located in the area behind Fairchild's Funeral parlor. The service is friendly and timely. “The fine dining experience was VERY good. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. My husband’s food was delicious (beet salad and salmon entree). I ordered the lobster bisque which was delicious. I ordered the doc fish entree which was recommended by our server. Unfortunately, the fish had no taste and the sauce made me nauseous. The kale was not edible at all. It was too chewy. Overall, spending time with my husband, in a very nice venue with a very nice vibe, made the experience well worth it.Parking: There’s ample parking, for free, if you don’t want to pay for valet parking.”

“First of all, if you have small hands, dining in, and ordering an Americano? Ask for it in a disposable cup! The cup is HUGE! It's cute, photo worthy...yet...HUGE! Please reference the photo I've posted if you don't believe me.. Anyways! If your map is taking you somewhere questionable, Le Pain Quotidien is located at the Roosevelt field mall right next to Neiman Marcus and Vince. There's plenty of parking during brunch time. If you're shopping, you can find them on the first floor near the entrance to the mall between those two stores. Le Pain Quotidien is beautiful inside and clean. There are plenty of seating and different tables to choose from. They have flowers on every table and I think that's quite lovely. You enter, seat yourself. If you're on the go, you can stand in line to order. The staff is very friendly. It can be busy. It took them quite some time to bring out our food. If you've never been there, I suggest taking a look at their menu beforehand. There were a lot of delicious choices so it took us a while to decide on what we want. We ordered the organic mini Dutch pancakes with berries to share, Chicken mozzarella melt tartine with avocado (extra charge), turkey bacon & avocado tartine with an organic egg (extra charge), and a toasted paris ham & Gruyère croissant. For drinks, we ordered apple juice, an americano, and an iced latte. Everything was delicious and full of flavor! I highly recommend the mini Dutch pancakes with berries. It was light and scrumptious! The dishes were quite big so I'm sure you can share. We didn't. We were too busy devouring it. We became very quiet when the food came out. I believe I was breathing in my food.. For those who are watching their calories, their calorie count is pretty low. I had a hard time looking for something that was over 500 calories.. That's why I added the extra side order of organic egg with my meal! I thought it was very helpful to see the calories on the menu next to the dish. It would've been nice if the macros would've been posted but I'm not complaining! I plan on coming here more often to try out the different menu items and to read. I'm not sure what the time limit is to stay there but I guess I'll find out and update this review!”
“My family and I are frequent customers here. All of the staff are super friendly and personable. They even remember us whenever we walk in. They always attend to our needs and we can be needy at times with a fussy two year old. The food is always delicious and fresh. Atmosphere is perfection for mall dining. Honestly our favorite place to eat at RF Mall. Today they surprised my husband and I with a generous goody bag that was leftover from Valentine's Day. That was very kind of them and they didn't have to. They even put some cookies in there because they remembered we have a son at home. Thank you NM Cafe. We love coming to your restaurant and will always be back!”

The octopus was tender served over butter beans. Brussel sprout salad was very nice. Pan con Jamon, so good. Dessert bread pudding and lemon chess pie was a wonderful way to end the meal. The staff is very nice and talented. Check out the menu before you go, as they have so much to offer. It is a great casual place with fantastic food in Long Island.”

There’s some indoor and outdoor seating.Kid-friendliness: Went with my kids, it’s family/kid-friendly. No separate menu for them however. But I share my meals with them, so either way it works.”
“I believe our servers name was Antonio. He was excellent! We had a few questions when ordering and he let us know that the mixed grill would take about 35-40 minutes. So we ordered that right away. There was four of us. We shared two pizzas. The one with fig and prosciutto was beyond delicious! Will definitely order again. I didn't try the other one, however it was pepperoni with hot honey, and our friends said it was very good. The mixed grilled was the perfect choice to sample a bunch of different meats. It was huge and a great value. There was lamb chops, sausage, steak, chicken thighs, and all cooked and seasoned perfectly. For sides we had the most amazing potatoes and brussels sprouts. We also shared eggplant meatballs, which were very tasty. Cocktails were to our liking, strong. My one friend who ordered wine. The manager Cathy came over to check in. She asked how the wine was and a moment later came back for my friend to try one she recommended. We were honestly blown away by the service. Cathy later came again to see how everything was and we happily told her excellent! I would honestly go back even if just for dessert. The fried little pieces of heaven in a bag with Nutella, caramel and chocolate sauce.... OMG! Oh course paired with an espresso martini. Overall wonderful experience and will certainly be back!”
“I've been here three times with three different groups of friends and they've all loved this place. I always get sushi however one person I went with didn't eat sushi, but he loved the General Tso's chicken. They have a great assortment and diversity of selections on their menu. Their sushi is very fresh, beautifully presented and melts in your mouth. There are plenty of cooked options as well for people who do not eat sushi. The ambience is nice with a smaller sized dining room, and the service is outstanding. It's nice because the servers are on top of your meal/order without being on top of your table. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to go back again.”

The server who torched the signature bacon appetizer at our table was an outstanding young man and credit to the restaurant; the bacon itself is one of the loveliest things I have tasted. Two minor course corrections: be an elegant restaurant or be a sports bar; you can't be both... the 3 large TV's don't need to be tuned to ESPN during brunch. Also, when the hotel door is propped open allowing a 30° draft to pour into the restaurant, the hostess could stop scrolling long enough to take 10 steps and close it rather than waiting for a patron to do it.”

“BK Sweeney's is a popular Long Island bar located in Garden City that offers classic American bar fare. During my recent visit, the 'BKS Angus Steakhouse Burger' stood out as a winner for me. It was perfectly cooked, though the fries were a bit bland. However, the service wasn't great - our waitress not only ignored us throughout the entire meal, but also forgot to bring out all three of our appetizers. When we raised it to her attention, she asked if we wanted to take them to-go...who would ever want to get charged and take them to-go? We ended up canceling them entirely. You might be curious about my 4-star rating for this restaurant. Despite this recent hiccup, my previous visits to BK Sweeney's were issue free. I believe it is not fair to penalize the entire business for the actions of one waitress. I'll definitely be returning soon to give it another go.”

“For people coming in the first time: there's two sections; the bar and the dining area. If you are going to dine in, make sure to go on the side where they have the benches/chairs not the one by the bar. We waited a while to get served because of this. Though staff was accommodating and helpful. The crowd/atmosphere was more of like mature, dive bar-ish. The food was good; not extremely tasty, it tastes homemade and delicious. The drinks were pretty good. Reminds me of a traditional pub in Ireland.”

For flavors, I had the pistachio, Italian tart and white chocolate mousse. The pistachio was the best out of the three. Growing up, my mom and I would get the white chocolate mousse at a local TCBY and it was the best. This did not taste like I remembered which was a little disappointing, but I am referring to over twenty years ago. I wouldn’t be surprised if they changed the recipe.”

“BK Sweeney's is a popular Long Island bar located in Garden City that offers classic American bar fare. During my recent visit, the 'BKS Angus Steakhouse Burger' stood out as a winner for me. It was perfectly cooked, though the fries were a bit bland. However, the service wasn't great - our waitress not only ignored us throughout the entire meal, but also forgot to bring out all three of our appetizers. When we raised it to her attention, she asked if we wanted to take them to-go...who would ever want to get charged and take them to-go? We ended up canceling them entirely. You might be curious about my 4-star rating for this restaurant. Despite this recent hiccup, my previous visits to BK Sweeney's were issue free. I believe it is not fair to penalize the entire business for the actions of one waitress. I'll definitely be returning soon to give it another go.”
“I believe our servers name was Antonio. He was excellent! We had a few questions when ordering and he let us know that the mixed grill would take about 35-40 minutes. So we ordered that right away. There was four of us. We shared two pizzas. The one with fig and prosciutto was beyond delicious! Will definitely order again. I didn't try the other one, however it was pepperoni with hot honey, and our friends said it was very good. The mixed grilled was the perfect choice to sample a bunch of different meats. It was huge and a great value. There was lamb chops, sausage, steak, chicken thighs, and all cooked and seasoned perfectly. For sides we had the most amazing potatoes and brussels sprouts. We also shared eggplant meatballs, which were very tasty. Cocktails were to our liking, strong. My one friend who ordered wine. The manager Cathy came over to check in. She asked how the wine was and a moment later came back for my friend to try one she recommended. We were honestly blown away by the service. Cathy later came again to see how everything was and we happily told her excellent! I would honestly go back even if just for dessert. The fried little pieces of heaven in a bag with Nutella, caramel and chocolate sauce.... OMG! Oh course paired with an espresso martini. Overall wonderful experience and will certainly be back!”

I always get sushi however one person I went with didn't eat sushi, but he loved the General Tso's chicken. They have a great assortment and diversity of selections on their menu. Their sushi is very fresh, beautifully presented and melts in your mouth. There are plenty of cooked options as well for people who do not eat sushi. The ambience is nice with a smaller sized dining room, and the service is outstanding. It's nice because the servers are on top of your meal/order without being on top of your table. To my embarrassment , my one year old knocked his food off the table and Juanito understood! As a new mom, things like that have us feeling so apologetic!! I had the Double Cut Berkshire Pork Chop on a bed of vegetable minestrone. Unbelievable in taste and size of portion. My wife had the Butternut Squash Risotto with Shrimp and thoroughly enjoyed it.
