On 2 occasions , I’ve treated the workers with better customer service, as the customer. I don’t really do reviews , but me saying hello .. with no response and the person standing there with headphones not even looking at me … just waiting for me to say my order, is crazy. Do better on the management side , when hiring people .. and also keeping your employees happy especially the ones interacting face to face with customers on a daily bases .

A stall set up at the exit of the Bj's, this DD leaves much to desire. The staff is unpleasant to say the least. And no matter whether you order ahead or at the counter, you will be waiting 10 minutes for your order because they always forget something. Their doughnuts and munchkins are always stale. I go here because it's the only DD within walking distance to my job and only when I can get something for free with the app. Otherwise you are better off just go to the Starbucks down the street.

Wish I can put 0 stars I came here for an early morning grocery run waited till 9:00 AM as it says that they will open, but the person stocking the pastries, bagels said they’re not open as of yet. So why have a sign up that says open at 9:00 AM.
