Definitely one of the better Sicilian slices I’ve had especially out on Long Island lots of sauce good amount of cheese nice crisp on the pie came fresh out of the oven definitely will be back for this Sicilian great spot great sauce!

I been coming here since the place was in Roosevelt Field in the 1970's as a little kid. It used to be good. Unfortunately the pizza was still cold after they heated it in their oven for a few minute. Maybe they do not have the oven high enough. I didn't have it to go. I ate it in the place.

I used to like this place and we used to go all the time.Recently I ordered a pizza pie and it tasted pretty bad. The cheese wasn't gooey enough and the sauce tasted weird. Never will be coming back :(

Pizza Supreme used to be located in Roosevelt Field near the Time Out Arcade. The square pie was always amazing. There is nothing better than a piping hot square slice with that incredible mozzarella on top, that delicious sauce and a nice crisp crust. Brings you back. Pizza Supreme is a gem.

For years, Pizza Supreme has consistently delivered a delicious mouthful of Italy. Famous for their square pizzas, always add their garlic knots to your order. These gems are a perfect combo of taste, size, and texture. Five stars on all levels. I particularly enjoy their meatball Parmigiano heros. Crusty Italian bread comfortably holds well seasoned moist meatballs, gooey cheese, and flavorful sauce. Lucky are those who also work nearby as it is a convenient spot to get lunch as well.

I'm a Pizza enthusiast and accustomed to the good Pizza available in the boroughs of NYC. So, take that into account when considering my opinion. I was disappointed with the round pie. Crust was "doughy," undercooked really. It didn't have that snap when folded. Sauce was good, cheese was good, but the crust was so disappointing. Mediocre Pizza in my opinion. The shop itself had a nice/good feel, like an old Pizzeria from Brooklyn. The owner was present, which shows a level of care, and it was clean with plenty of parking. I'll try their square pie next.

I found out by chance today that the pizza I raved about from my childhood still existed, brought a square cheese pie home and it is just as good as I remembered & everyone loved it. This will be my go to pizza even though I live 40 minutes away.
