Giving this a 5 out of 5 for an Applebees. Best Applebees around. Trust me ... I went to the one in gates.... Yikes. Food came out quick, pretty, and hot and our waitress was very sweet. I don't remember her name but she was from cali. Omg and they had dollaritas today! Score!
I was not impressed with our order or service!! The waitress never checked on us nor bring us our coleslaw and dipping sauce as requested. When we finally got her attention she stated she forgot. The food was not hot and we never we able to get our second order in on an all you can eat boneless chicken wings. This is the second time that our pop service and food were a disappointment. I will not be returning ?

Went there for lunch today and ordered 4 cheese mac and cheese with chicken fingers on it. Order came and went to take a bite and there was a long hair in it. Don't people look at the plates as they come out? Dont offer anything other than to get another one made up. Will not be dining there for a long time. I lost my appetite when I saw that hair in my food.
