The food in this place is terrible. Ask for hot pastrami sandwich and I get a cold pastrami and then they try to put it in the microwave. Then I told him I didn’t want it to give me a Cold cuts sandwich instead then the cheese is really dried out and old and he drowned in mayonnaise. A waste of money well never go there

the bagels were obviously stale and tasted AT LEAST a day old. the prices are egregious, and the staff were extremely unfriendly and service too extremely long even though there were only 3 people in the entire bagel shop

decent food, absolute trash pricing.so we used to frequent this place, but definitely won't anymore. their pricing is out of control.for a while the price would change day to day....sometimes $6.50 for a BEC, sometimes $8.00 for the same BEC. today it was nearly $11 for the same sandwich that has regularly been $7-8. they tack on an extra $1.65 for every single topping on a breakfast sandwich. almost 2 bucks for a SLIVER of tomato on a sandwich.don't get me wrong, it's a decent sandwich, but it's definitely not worth over $7.00.take the extra 2 minutes and drive over to la placita and get yourself the same breakfast sandwich order for half the price (and it'll be better).

The bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel was delicious! The bagel was nice and fluffy. Next time I think I would get two eggs as the bread was bigger than the inside. We were able to order ahead online and have it ready for a quick and easy pickup. The cafe had lots of good options and nice seating inside and out.

I came in right at opening and Labisha Made me the best ham, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel that I've ever had. Also, probably the fastest and most polite service I've ever had at a Long Island bagel store. The consistency of the bread is unmatched, and the savory flavor of everything was the best start to my day. Thank you, Brendels, thank you Labisha!

CUSTOMER SERVICE is not the strong point at this location. Ordered a BLT on a poppy flagle. At the time of my order there were two poppy flagles and no one else was ordering at the time. Three minutes later the girl helping me tells me that there sold. I said I am sorry I placed my order prior to anyone else ordering. Another woman who claimed to be the manager and told her name was Denise got involved and began cutting into some other flavor bagle. They didn't even ask if I was happy with something else just immediately took it upon themselves. If she was the manage her way of dealing with the situation was to walk away and put her feet up on a desk by the door and to rudely ignor my request to speak with the owner. I was respectful and calm simply asked to speak with an owner. The next response was that they were going to call the police. I honestly couldn't believe that they were threatening to call the police. Another woman did come from the back and asked what was going on. I explained the situation and she was able to communicate with me what they could and could not do to make the situation correct. I have worked in customer service for 25 years and have never been treated like that in any deli, bagle place etc. I really think the owner needs to spend time with managers and employees and explain how to treat customers especially since they sold what I ordered.
