I typically don’t post these kinds of reviews but wow - this is exceptional pizza. You can taste the pride this place has in its craft. This was one of the best slices I have had in a LONG time. Well Done!
Food truck with a great pizza and outdoor seating. Pizza is really really good, reminds me of the trendy sourdough places in the city. Only thing to potentially criticize is the bottom is a bit on the burnt side, but I'd say that's part of this style of Pizza.

Josies pizza truck was delicious. I got the little piggy it was so good. I got to meet Josie, and she was so nice the truck was clean, and the service was great.. I would follow this food truck wherever it goes!!!
