“I had the pleasure of joining my bestie today at Southdown. While she’s been there many times before today was my first but def not my last. I had the avocado toast which was the best I’ve ever had. The coffee also was delicious! I’m not an easy to please person but the food, staff and atmosphere were all spectacular!! I felt like I was in another state like Utah or Colorado.”

“This is our new " go to" restaurant in Glen Cove. The decor is playful and inviting. The wait staff efficient and friendly. And the food absolutely wonderful. Every time we return we order something different. Especially loved the Shrimp Domburi and Chicken Shoyu Ramen. You could honestly have a meal eating just the appetizers. Don't forget their rewards program! I was able to get $6 off our dinner order. BOGO wine is a plus.Check this place out, you won't be disappointed!”

“Excellent Mexican food at a very good price. The place is not fancy, but if you want authentic Mexican food at a great price, this is the place for you. We ordered 4 tacos, the mixed grill entree, 2 sides, and a natural juice. Everything was delicious even after being reheated the next day. The service was prompt and attentive. We will definitely be returning.”

“Classic American food! Burger and fries. Sid’s is an ideal spot for a delicious burger with some Cajun-seasoned fries. Good customer service and I received my food fairly quickly.You don't need McDonald's when you have Sid’s. I do recommend trying their brownies as a finisher. I will return for more awesome food.”

“I was recommended this place for my first time trying Thai food. I had the Vegetable Pad Thai, and it was amazing, truly expanded my taste palette and really set the bar for me. I tried a different Thai spot not long after (out of state lol) and it was not as good as this one. Thankful to my friend in GC for the recommendation!”

“A clean setting and prompt friendly service. It was lunch time and we were the only table with guests. The fact it's Ramadan definitely contributed. The food was good but nothing extraordinary. Did I say that the outfit is not Sami's kebab anymore; it changed hands and changed its name two years ago according to the waiter.”

I enjoyed everything I tried and I could appreciate they try to use a lot of NY ingredients. I will definitely be back. “Thought I as going just into a local pizza place in glen cove . Wife and I wanted to have a meal there .ordered baked clams , entrees, chicken and eggplant dish . Tasted and my taste buds woke up . This so called pizza place is now my go too Italian restaurant. Service and food above par . “Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Florence, the pizza was out of this world, we tried the spaghetti alla carbonara del Chianti and it was mind blowing the combination of flavors, the pizza has nothing to envy other famous pizzeria in Florence, we tried the burratina, with fresh tomato sauce, burrata cheese and prosciutto, I highly recommend it, service was excellent!!!”

“Great casual food, including pernil (slow-roasted pork) available daily, along with great hot buffet choices, hearty sandwiches and fresh salads. The jalapeño salad goes great with the pernil or on a sandwich, and the avocado salad is fantastic.”
