Excellent Mexican food at a very good price. The place is not fancy, but if you want authentic Mexican food at a great price, this is the place for you. We ordered 4 tacos, the mixed grill entree, 2 sides, and a natural juice. Everything was delicious even after being reheated the next day. The service was prompt and attentive. We will definitely be returning.

I visited Sivar for the first time today. It opened in Glen Cove in August 2023. Sivar stands out for its delicious AND ***authentic*** Mexican food! From its fresh-tasting and delicious tortillas, tacos, tortas (Mexican sandwiches) to flavorful enchiladas, guacamole, and beans, the menu showcases a commitment to genuine Mexican foods and flavors. Despite its small size, with only 6-7 tables, Sivar creates an intimate atmosphere with great and friendly service. Its reasonable prices make it a budget-friendly choice. I hope to enjoy more of its menu items in the future. If you’re in the Glen Cove area and are craving Mexican food, check out Sivar.

I got a Beef burrito and let me tell you it was the best burrito that i’ve ever had! The meat was so fresh and all the ingredients were so yummy together! I also got a passion fruit agua fresca and it was perfect and refreshing. I would recommend this restaurant as a mexican myself :) There’s also a deli for quick takeout if you don’t want to sit down.

Absolutely delicious. Got a pair of Xmas Eve chicken tacos and they were so good. Did a quick takeout but will absolutely come back for a sit-down dinner next time I’m in town. Congratulations on your bomb Mexican restaurant, Glen Cove.
