I visited Sivar for the first time today. It opened in Glen Cove in August 2023. Sivar stands out for its delicious AND ***authentic*** Mexican food! I got a Beef burrito and let me tell you it was the best burrito that i’ve ever had! The meat was so fresh and all the ingredients were so yummy together! I also got a passion fruit agua fresca and it was perfect and refreshing. I would recommend this restaurant as a mexican myself :) There’s also a deli for quick takeout if you don’t want to sit down.

Excellent Mexican food at a very good price. The place is not fancy, but if you want authentic Mexican food at a great price, this is the place for you. We ordered 4 tacos, the mixed grill entree, 2 sides, and a natural juice. Everything was delicious even after being reheated the next day. The service was prompt and attentive. We will definitely be returning.
