Food quality is inconsistent, portion quantity is inconsistent, to be able to sit down and eat with a mexican coke for two people will be $30+ and that starts to make you consider paying a little bit more for something more reliably good. My wife is refusing to eat here anymore due to the quantity of fat left on the steak and often being served cold/luke warm at best meat products be it chicken or steak. Ive been here twice before and it was fine but today during dinner hours they were out of so many ingredients including lettuce... like I would think they have that stocked during hours people want to eat. And to charge the same price for a lackluster bowl doesnt seem appropriate.

i placed a pickup order… for the wrong location. when i went in to grab my order, the staff immediately recognized my error, told me how to get a refund, and started my order up for me! i was in and out in 5 minutes and had my refund almost immediately via the customer service chat.the staff was super friendly, and clearly seemed like a really close knit team, and i appreciated their quickness and kindness in light of my stupid mistake!
