Go here every other day for a salad, never get the manager but when i do, she has always been meh and not very welcoming! The night staff are great though! Always friendly and the only reason this wendys gets a 3 for me, instead of a 1. Bad management can ruin good employees and deter supportive customers! I actually stopped going as much, simply because of the manager
Possibly one of the worst fast food restaurants in the area. Nearly always a long super slow drive thru line (20-30 minutes to get to order) when its busy, Staff in the last year have been extremely rude, ordering large frosty was provided small size. Fries always cold and no way am i waiting in line 30 minutes when they close the store doors and only have drive through open to get a replacement. It was like the employees didn’t want us there, and me soda machine didn’t work, no chocolate Frosty, no condiments at all in lobby, slow service, no other customers, obviously we didn’t get the memo about the poor service.
