I've never been in here before, I'm always working out at the planet fitness next door, so today I decided to stop in and give it a try. The inside was very clean with some tables you can sit at to enjoy your shakes. I was surprised at how big the menu was with so many options for shakes and teas. The young lady behind the counter was polite and patient as I was trying to figure out what I wanted. Love this place. Very friendly staff. Prices are a little high but hey that's life! I do think it's kind of weird they only stamp your stamp 1 time per visit not per drink you purchase, but maybe some people purchase a lot and or for a bunch of people when they come, that must be the reasoning.

Stopped in while doing some shopping in the area. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. I have been to a lot of the clubs in the Capital District and across the state, it is very spacious with lots of great seating to sit and chat with a very friendly atmosphere. Love the availability of teas and the Holiday menu!!
