Stopped in while doing some shopping in the area. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. I have been to a lot of the clubs in the Capital District and across the state, it is very spacious with lots of great seating to sit and chat with a very friendly atmosphere. Love the availability of teas and the Holiday menu!!

I’m done coming here….always making a special trip here during the day to get a tea, when Facebook and Google says the shop is open, to a closed shop with the lights off……extremely frustrating that the hours cannot be updated appropriately… I think I’m done wasting my time here… new ownership did nothing…..

I've never been in here before, I'm always working out at the planet fitness next door, so today I decided to stop in and give it a try. The inside was very clean with some tables you can sit at to enjoy your shakes. I was surprised at how big the menu was with so many options for shakes and teas. The young lady behind the counter was polite and patient as I was trying to figure out what I wanted. I chose the strawberry short cake protein shake, which was delicious and refreshing. My wife got the Timmy the tornado tea, which was also delicious. I got both drinks in the regular size, which came out to $13.75, which is not bad for the quality and taste of the drinks. I will definitely be back to try more flavors

Don’t waste your money at this location. The girls don’t greet customers when they walk in and sit down there continuing there conversations. My drink tasted like a water when it was a flavored tea and the ice was filled to the top. I am not happy with the experience and how rude the girls are to customers and talk about other coworkers while making teas. Very childish environment.I was just in the area and tried this place but HUGE disappointment. Go try UNTOUCHABLE NUTRITION in ALBANY, amazing by far and the best teas around in upstate!! Also, the owner in albany is amazing and she has the sweetest girls working!!
Love this place. Very friendly staff. Prices are a little high but hey that's life! I do think it's kind of weird they only stamp your stamp 1 time per visit not per drink you purchase, but maybe some people purchase a lot and or for a bunch of people when they come, that must be the reasoning.

Love my teas. Awesome to know that there is this awesome spot in Glenmont. Nice parking lot so I don't gotta worry. Awesome decor and great staff. They have a lot of options of teas and protein shakes (24g...perfect. and only a little less than 300 calories). Personally I recommend any tea with cranberry or blue raspberry. Did I mention the sick wood decor and lighting.

This self-proclaimed "local business" is a front for theinternational pyramid scheme/MLM Herbalife. They won’t tell you that, though. Herbalifeis not FDA approved, and has numerous lawsuits againstit for several things which can be found with a quickGoogle search. Before you fall victim to their "localbusiness" marketing tactics, do some research andspare yourself the high prices and sugary drinks that arefar from nutritional. There are plenty of other legitimatesmall businesses in the Albany area that aren'tdisguised as pyramid schemes.
