I messed up and ordered from the wrong store while placing an online order. The manager at the Glenville store was awesome! He helped me transfer my order to the correct store without any hesitation, by calling the store personally. I Very much appreciate his help and understanding.
The burger was delicious. The fries were not my favorite. The prices were outrageous. The cashier was not people friendly more robotic. I ordered a regular cheeseburger and the cashier cashed me out for a double cheeseburger. I was not into the double and removed one of the patties off of my sandwich and ate it like that. It was very tasty. The establishment was charming. The soda machine was broken.

I've had multiple great experience at the Five Guys in Glenville. I've used mobile order and have walked in. Mobile order worked well and the food was still warm when we got it home which was great. When ordering in restaurant the staff were quick taking orders and seemed to be running a good system as the food came out quick and correct, even with very personalized orders.
