I don't know who invented the rating system at a scale of 1-5 stars, this Dunkin Donut located by the LIRR Great Neck Station was the worst location I have ever gone. They deserve a NEGATIVE star. They don't take mobile orders, must walk-in. The cashiers there has a thick accent that she doesn't speak good English. Very hard to understand her. She was rushing me to get my order in the morning to get the line moving but her mind was everywhere that also talking to different customers/staffs...read full review
