Mine experience the waitress, not everybody, he was rude, they just pass next to the table without paying no mind, That we're sitting there, so we just waiting for the service that we never get. “The chicken was seasoned well with a good ratio of chicken to fried batter. They seem to get high number of delivery orders, so please be patient. I could see they were working non-stop to get people's food out both at the restaurant and for their deliveries.“
“We have been wanting to try this for a while, and it didn't disappoint . We went for my son's birthday, and they sent out a robot that sang the happy birthday song. It came with a Mochinut. The food was great. We had a person with a shellfish allergy, and they took great care to separate foods being cooked.“
“BoBo’s has officially became the ONLY soul food restaurant I will go to in Rochester when i don’t feel like cooking myself lol! His food is sooo freaking good, always fresh and he gives you A lot! I spend $40+ tax on 2 dinners which isn’t bad for the amount of food and quality you’re getting. I have put so many ppl on to BoBo’s even my caucasian friends and coworkers who want to try soul food for the first time lol. His customer service is also good which I'm big on! Definitely give his place a 10 out of 10 would recommend.“
“Came with my family to watch Manchester United match. Lots of TVs but unfortunately, despite being a Man U leaning pub based on the decor, they were only able to get the match on two tvs next to each other at the bar. Seemed understaffed - the bartender, who was the only employee we saw during this afternoon game, was friendly and worked hard to make customers happy.“
“An amazing lunch on a cold winter day! The potato is huge, and the toppings are generous. I got the Cowboy potato (without meat), and it was so good! Tasty and filling. I only managed to eat half and look forward to eating the rest later. Customer service was friendly and fast. And the delicious smells coming from inside the shack need to be made into a candle :-) ! To one special employee "Blake" I hope i got name right!! we were leaving at around 6 and he was just getting off of work, but it's raining very hard outside and he walked me to my car with an umbrella so I wouldn't get so wet. “1st timer and totally loved the food. I had the gizzard, wings and collard greens. All excellent. Gizzards were tender and flavorful. The hot sauce on the side was perfect for both the gizzards and wings. It was slightly sweet and mustardy. Perfect touch of heat.Wings were JUMBO as advertised. Moist and great crust.Collard greens were simple, loved the flavor.The place has 5-6 tables and was very clean. Nothing fancy for atmosphere. Order at a window. More of a takeout joint.The staff was friendly, made me feel welcome.I will be back .“
“This was my husband and I first time eating at Sticky Lips. We were pleased with our meal. We both had the pulled pork sandwich, with cut fries. They were very generous with their food and it was good. Our Server Corey was very cordial, he checked on us several times, he brought us refills on our drinks without us asking him to. “Last night around 830 my boyfriend and I went to Longhorn to eat. We usually do Chilis and Texas Roadhouse but figured we’d try something different. Our first time eating together at this location. Our server, Autumn, was absolutely amazing! I ordered the strip and he ordered the filet and lobster. Mine was supposed to be medium rare and Autumn rang it in as it was supposed to be. It came out medium well bordering on well. My boyfriend and I are both servers, and we rarely send food back, but Autumn rectified the situation and the second steak came out perfect! She even brought an extra baked potato for the trouble. Silly me had a problem with one of my gift cards, but she did great in explaining it to me. Every restaurant needs an Autumn!! She made a return customer out of us and we’ll be back requesting her.“
