I had the buffalo chicken wrap and a basket of Cajun fries last night. A good meeting place for dinner prior to a meeting or movie, as they serve it up hot and quick. It might be worth taking a picture of their menu board and checking off each one as you try them all. That's an easy way to figure out what to choose from their tasty menu. While eating it, I noticed the lettuce was a little slimy so I pulled it out my mouth n threw it out. I looked at the rest of the salad n the lettuce was brown so I returned it. “Today I was at the Wolf Road location on my lunch. Unfortunately when I sat down I set my drink down on the edge of my try and it spilled everywhere! I went to the counter and asked for a towel to clean up my mess. The gentleman working the register told me he’d take care of it. He came over with a towel and smile then clean up the mess I had made. He even refilled my soda which he had no obligation to do. Sorry I didn’t grab his name but he had a red hat on and curly hair in the back. I’m sure you have people making constant messes that needed attending to but you wouldn’t have known by your reaction to my blunder. I’m in a profession where service is a primary focus and this is what great service looks like. Thank you again for your help today!“

“Brand new Arby's and it's very busy, but definitely worth a few extra minutes wait. Best fast food option by far, delicious. Staff was so friendly. Many are new hirers and still learning. Great that they give them the opportunity to work and learn! We'll be back. 👍“

“Got me one of th best beef empanadas I had in a long time. Got some yellow rice and beans too. Needed more beens and some juice but over all pretty damn good. I forgot to ask for the juice so that's ok me. I'll hopefully get a few more empanadas before I leave Schenectady. Cool old man too.“
