I went through the drive-through I had to five times literally and then she had my order wrong and then was very rude.Slammed the drive-through window after she gave me my order. Very poor customer service, and the manager was just standing right there, just looking so Don’t go there go elsewhere where there is good customer because the girl at the window Aubrey Hahn was very rude

Person at the first window didn't say a word to me. Got food, drove home. This is how my two hamburgers came. A small splash of mustard, barely a trace of ketchup. Lazy, unhappy employees in turn creating terrible food.

Get parked every time, staff will screw up delivery orders on purpose ? and jokes about it.The worst. And your customer service is garbage... no reimbursement for missing items.

Had to go back multiple times due to order being made incorrectly. The staff gave attitude when I stopped going to my car to check that the food was correct and it wasn't. Given food that wasn't mine, making order incorrectly. Saw no changing of gloves, slamming/throwing of trays due to being backed up and maaaannnyyy orders needing to be re made.

Waited forever at the drivethru speaker even though no one was at the store. Order was wrong waited again even longer for no one to answer the speaker so I drive up to the window and rudely was told to pull around the building to wait even though AGAIN no one, not one person was at the restaurant. Staff was rude, slow and disrespectful!

A movie called "Falling Down". It's funny to me the quality people expect & ultimately NEVER if at all, ever recieved.
Was in here when everything seemed wrong...customers were all quite friendly and patient, though. BK had new touch screen system that didn't seem to be working and the pop dispenser was not working...think I waited twenty minutes or more...but the staff was earnestly trying to right that ship that day....
