“Awesome food! Best Persian restaurant/ chelo kababby in the area hands down!!! Happy new year!Vegetarian options: Great salads and falafel! Provides fresh awesome feta cheese on an already great salad.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly staff place and awesome owner.“
“Always a great meal! The lentil soup and frozen basil lemonade are a must. For those with celiac , lots of gluten free options too!Dietary restrictions: The chef and staff were very knowledgeable about gluten free options and cross contamination.“
“Vegetarian options: Not a vegetarian myself I love my meats. Went here 3 or 4 times before even realizing it was vegetarian which to me was all the convincing I needed that they have some amazing foods. Nothing felt like it was lacking at all.“
“1st time here and i will be back the jerk chicken over rice was delicious great portion & price the establishment was clean the staff was helpful, welcoming, & friendly i wish i ordered 2 instead of 1 i sent my coworker there the same day she had the salmon over rice & the avocado fries she enjoyed her meal as well“
“The food is delicious! Stopped by the grill house and had delicious chicken shawarma and tabouleh salad. The baba ganoush was excellent with the most amazing falafel I’ve ever had ever! It was moist and so full of flavor! The bronzino was cooked to perfection! The knafeh is ok. This place gets super busy but so worth the time to get the food as it’s made fresh to order.“
“My wife and I ate at this restaurant a couple of days ago with friends. The restaurant is self serve and you pay at the counter. My wife had a slice of pizza with tomatoes and onions, I had the eggplant parmesan and fried breaded cauliflower and we shared a leafy put together yourself salad and vegetarian sushi. The food was excellent, very tasty and filling. The atmosphere was what you'd expect from a self serve midtown/downtown business lunch place--not a place to take a romantic first date that you want to impress--but we'd highly recommend this restaurant if you want some quick great food at a reasonable price.“
“My wife and I met another couple for dinner last night at roses. I was searching for a restaurant on yelp in the Englewood area as it was halfway between our friends and I. Made a reservation for 530 and when we showed up we were the only customers in the restaurant. not a lot of atmosphere, but clean. The menu looked interesting. We ordered hummus & Babaganoush To share, I had the mixed grill, my friend had the Rosies mixed grill. My wife had the Shawarma and her other friend had the chicken kebab. Everything was fresh, moist, and excellent, particularly the Shawarma. One other family of three came in while we're eating, but otherwise, the restaurant was empty. Our server was attentive and respectful, and took good care of us. He told us that they are usually very crowded on the weekends - understandable since it was Monday of a holiday weekend. We will definitely be back again !“
“We enjoyed the meal very much and the service was warm and responsive. The ambiance could be enhanced by a style makeover but this factor was not enough to spoil our enjoyment of the evening. Overall 4 stars. Recommended. We will eat there again for sure.“
“Good prices! Good food especially their burgers!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options for all Burger sandwiches and salads.Kid-friendliness: Lots of comfortable seating for a family.Wheelchair accessibility: I think it would be easy to eat here and order in a wheelchair“
“Amazing food! The falafel was crispy on the outside but moist and flavorful on the inside. I had the chicken kabab platter with hummus. I devoured every bite! I loved the generous portions! The tender chicken combined with the salad, rice, and white sauce was so delicious. I highly recommend!“
“Wow!! Small little place. Was in ENGLEWOOD and was told to check this place out. Glad we did. Everything was delicious. We started with Humnus with mushrooms which was outstanding. Came with fresh pita .They started us off with complementary bread and hummus with Amba. Amba is a peach sauce. Was outstanding. I went with a chicken Schwarma in a Laffa I highly recommended this restaurant“
“Delicious, Very refreshing to finally find a place that hits all the right notes! Flavor, cleanliness, family owned restaurant. Rosy made me feel welcoming, so friendly and informative about the menu.I recommend it and definitely be coming back ?“
“This place has fabulous kofta! The dinner platter comes with beautifully seasoned rice, hummus, tabouleh, and roast onions and pepper. Came with pita. My DC has the lamb kabob, which he enjoyed. I'll return when the kofta craving hits!“
“Have not eaten in... Just take out. But the food is delicious! Recently got a couple of platters. Packaged really well in sectioned trays, keeping the cool (salad stuff) away from the hot chicken and falafel. In the past I have also ordered shawarma and schnitzel by the pound for a party and was very happy.“
“I've been here a few times for the falafal sandwich with pickles. I love that this place is open. I just wish they wouldn't run out of their pies so early! Really affordable prices for fresh delicious food. The convenience of parking on the premises. A ridiculously large variety of beverages. Clean tables & chairs to sit. Free mint tea as you wait, and they have kulfi! No more needs to be said! Happy Yelping!“
“Golan Heights serves by far the best shawarma sandwiches I’ve had outside of Israel. The myriad of sauces, such as their green charif, amba, and of course techina make all their sandwiches so addictive. It makes it generally worth it to pay the few extra bucks for Laffa over the Pita. They also offer other products with interesting names like “Zaidy’s” (spicy) poppers and “Stupid” (mix) chicken. They have a small space with a few tables, but I’d recommend this place for takeout like most people do.“
“Always friendly, professional, and always fresh and delicious. Yasser is friendly and he and all of his team members are awesome ! The BEST hummus in all of the land ! And of course their falafel and chicken and gyro is mouth watering and hot and fresh!! Keep up the great work! I HIGHLY recommend this place !“
“I love the way the young lady that I met today. She was very Nice she was very polite Alfred list of spicy BBQ special what's the best choice. When I come back into town for work again I will be going to that place and eating always. Love the “
“1st the portions are unreal. I had a wrap and the thing is bigger than my head. I think I'll be skipping dinner. Fresh and NOT BLAND. I was about to order more but that would be glutinous I see now. Oh well, that just means I'll be back to try other things. Oh yeah get a cookie, it's simple and that's somehow what made them perfect little snack while I waited 2.5 seconds for my food to be ready ?, seriously they are fast.I just have to advise that you speak loud when you order.Full disclosure I left a sleepy racist diner in town to eat here, but I don't think that experience influenced my opinion. Enjoy!“
