My two favorites are the pistachio and rainbow cookie gelato ?.. they also have a nice selection of pastries / cakes. The LICORICE flavour was AWESOME with tiny bits of black licorice in it. The building facade has a fun energy to it; the garbage can looks like a massive ice cream cone.“

“I ordered a custom cake for my brothers 16th birthday and it was amazing ! The woman who helped me was so friendly , and honest. When I told her I wanted black icing, she advised that black is difficult because it needs a bunch of different food coloring and doesn't taste good, so we ended up going with red. She really took her time to make sure we were on the same page and had everything correct. I was worried the picture would look tacky or blurry because its printed but it looked like it was drawn right on the cake. Definitely recommend this service !“

The one lady & man (he's usually in the back unless a few customers come in) that are always there are so nice. The lady is constantly cleaning up after herself after everything she makes. The ice cream Is good but they Charge me way way more the The Udall rd west islip or The Howells rd one and they are so stingy it's Kind of sad because I try to support omw there now but quantity needs to change. “Everyone who grows up on Long Island knows that Ralph's Ices is a staple. All of the locations are excellent, but this one right here takes it to the next level. Recently renovated, super clean and very efficient.

The staff goes above and beyond offering a seemingly endless array of tastings and flavors (Kudos to Maddy for being the best). The drive-thru is so convenient, they offer ice cream & soft serve as well, and they even have a candy bar! Cannot recommend enough.“

“I stopped in for ice cream, and my card kept getting declined, despite there being plenty of money on it. I kept asking the girls to scan the card at the top of the POS machine, and they kept telling me they cannot scan the card until the card was entered into the machine three times. I have never encountered this before.I really think there is a mistake, because the scan option was implemented to protect consumers from having to enter or swipe their cards at a POS machine. I never scan my card at retail establishments anymore; I always scan my card at the top of the machine, and my payment is always accepted. I am never told I need to enter my card three times before scanning.It ends up some lovely woman paid for my ice cream anyway, which I am highly appreciative of.“

It definitely does need more seating and to hide or clean up the garbage area behind the building.

“We love this place. This is located in Port Jefferson. Parking might be difficult if it is a weekend. I have tried cotton candy, birthday cake, vanilla and road. All of them are very tasty. My GF and I are trying to keep our glucose in check and we seek out salad places (and have experienced MANY) and this has been by far our best experience. I had the Supreme Chef's salad and my GF had the Whole Food salad. I don't know what other people are talking about but everything including the dressing was included. You could add extras but we chose not to. Our total was in the $40 neighborhood but the portion size is excellent (my GF didn't finish).

Annalise (sp?) was a kind, thoughtful, engaging worker behind the counter and an absolute pleasure to be served by.

The ambiance of the environment is plain and small, so I marked them down one notch on the in-store experience but I didn't care at all because the salad was so good.

Five star experience --- Highly recommend, especially if you have any other salad-place experiences.
