“Love this place, I get my lunch here everyday since I work a few blocks away. They have the best creamy potato soups ever! They also make great sandwiches and hot lunch specials. They always seem to know their customers names, greeting everybody with a smile. You need neighborhood Deli's like this, it's such an integral part of the community. I live in Peekskill but will come here on my days off as well to get a sandwich from time to time.“

“This is the spot. We are new to Dobbs ferry and I popped in today for a sandwich. Woman behind the counter was very kind in explaining what the most popular wedges are. Landed on an #11 which is chicken cutlet, American, bacon, bbq. Was top class. Not new to New York deli scene at all and they edged out another top spot a few towns over due to the crispy bacon. They know what they’re doing here don’t think you can wrong with anything on the menu. “Best deli sandwiches I've tried so far outside of NYC. That being said, there was a bit of a delay with my pickup since I used their actual website and not one of the delivery apps. Sounded like they had forgotten to check it, I imagine the apps get way more traffic. A bit annoying but they quickly made it on the spot and apologized.Anyways, we ordered a pastrami and Italian sandwich. The pastrami sandwich was 4.5/5, a good amount of meat, nice crispy edges, but maybe a hair too salty on some bites. Paired it with some home made spicy mayo and it brought it to 5/5. Definitely getting this again.The Italian was solid and provided loads of meat. We enjoyed it but personally would have liked a tad more oil and vinegar. We gave this a 4/5.Both sandwiches are so packed that they can easily be split up into 2 pieces (maybe even 3 depending on who's eating it). So great option for leftovers.Recommend coming here if you're in the neighborhood looking for a great sub.“

“When I first stepped in. I knew what I was getting myself into. A family run store, that will question you if they can tell you're not from the area, however they still make you feel like a local. The owners are some of the nicest people I've met. Being a first time customer of theirs they made me feel like I was a regular. Service was unbelievable good.Now the food. Oh my heaven. I like to try bacon eggs and cheeses from every deli I go to, and this one really was up there with one of my favorites. A sandwich that you can tell was crafted with love, an energy that seems to radiate with the family that runs the deli. I'm going to be coming back every chance I can!“

“Great and diverse menu served in an organized fashion with cheerful staff! Couldn't ask for anything better! Oh wait, they also have a fantastic selection of Mexican sodas. AND they have delicious and homemade Mexican popsicles (Paletas) that came in so many wonderful flavors. “I have been coming to Nonni's for a few years now ever since a dear one introduced me to it. If I lived closer, I'd be here all the time! The best chicken cutlet hero I have ever had anywhere! I always get mine with roasted peppers and mozzarella. What's so phenomenal about it? Firstly, it's generously huge--like three whole cutlets huge--and enough to make two meals. No skimping on the peppers and mozzarella. The cutlets are moist. The price is unbeatable. Where most other delis would charge $14.00 or more for a sandwich this size, Nonni's only asks $8.25. (It's cash only, but there's an ATM if you need it.) I've had the #2 Italian combo as well, and it's also huge (and delicious). The oregano is the added bonus. The owner is a nice guy. A lot of regulars come here. Nonni's might be small inside, but there is indoor seating if you're not ordering on the go. Treat yourself to one hell of a sandwich from Nonni's today!!“

“Good service, but that's not the reason this place rates top of the charts - this is;When you get a chance to sample or even eat something that the kitchen didn't expect you to get, and that item is fantastic - it speaks volumes to the capability of the kitchen to deliver tasty fresh creative and delicious food as in the case of Henrys. I had the penne in tomato sauce, which was the best homemade pasta sauce I've had in decades. Fresh cilantro, fresh onion, and a low viscosity that isn't oily which is nice. Mwah!“

“The quote "don't judge a book by its cover" would have a photo of this store behind it. From the outside it looks like a broken down deli, no AC, and part of the cooler was out of order, and don't forget the cash only sign. Which had me like I ordered a simply turkey sandwich, Swiss cheese, onions (lots) and mayo. I was pleasantly surprised, now it's no sandwich to go out your way for or by any means the best turkey sandwich I have had, however you won't except something to taste so well from a place that looks like this. There was a sweet taste to the onions and mayo, which boosted the flavor of the turkey. The sandwich was stacked with turkey they definitely aren't cheap when it comes to packing a sandwich. If you only have 5 bucks in cash want something simple to eat as you walk towards the train or to eat on the train a sandwich from here isn't the worse option.“
