“I really liked the food and the vibes at Thali, the butter chicken is my top in Rochester right now. But I gotta say, I was slightly disappointed with the service. When we came in, it took a while for any server to even notice us, and I had to kind of ask for a menu or service. However, that was acknowledged and they gave me a drink to make up for it.Although, I was later charged for the drink at the end of my bill. So, that was weird lolOther than that, once the order was taken, our food was out fairly promptly, and I really liked what we had. I would quite love to go back!“

“Finally tried Rosie's last week and can't wait to go back. This is easily the best Indian food I've had in Rochester. Only tried the Indian food not the Nepalese yet. Ordered 3 entree items plus samosas for 2 people and had lots of leftovers to take home. Prices are average these days, definitely reasonable for the food quality and portions. The decor is basic. The service was fine, no problems and they checked in with us about the food a number of times. I'll be back to try the lunch buffet soon!Parking: Large shared parking lot in front.Kid-friendliness: Casual place, I would not hesitate to bring kids here as long as they are adventurous eaters!“

“Enjoyed the vegetarian option on the buffet and had lots of flavor to the dishes. There were a lot of chicken dishes. The chicken Vindaloo was very dry. The Indian chow mein pasta dish was very good. Nanan bread was nice.Vegetarian options: Enjoy the chow mein, saag spinach, homemade panner was outstanding. Mushroom dish was excellent spicy to it.“

“Easy to get to, decor is neat, super good music and the place is clean. The guys behind the bar were very friendly and very kind/patient as we bumbled our way through ordering. Their veggie samosa is SO good and their sauces are to die for! Seasoned, spicy, and has vegetarian options which is super nice. Will absolutely be returning when up in Victor again. ???“

“A friend of mine who is from India took me here. He says it has the best, most authentic Indian food in Rochester.I ordered the Chicken Biryani and he had the Vegetarian Biryani. I'm sorry that I didn't take any pictures. However, the food was great! I am not Indian, so I only know what I like - and I liked it. The server asked me how spicy I wanted my Biryani ( seeing that I am American ). I said, "medium spicy" and I would say that it was medium. Any less spicy and it would have been too mild; any more and it would have been too spicy,The portions were good and we each had some to take home. The bathroom (Men) was clean and stocked.“
