“Jennifer, I believe a shift manager, went up and above to make sure everything was corrected after a new employee mishap. (Wrong order and wrong dollar amount) I feel this lady goes above and beyond her job description and title and definitely should get a well deserved raise.“
“Can be hit or miss. Sometimes I really crave subway and it hits the spot, other times, it is honestly really bad. When it’s bad, the sandwich is soggy instead of toasted, and it has way too much sauce on it. Their chocolate chip cookies are always good and make a good addition to the meal.“
“The food is always good but this location often forget items that I ordered or forgets to take things off my order such as onions or beans, etc. The woman that take the orders with the dark hair (sometimes colored), sounds like she doesn’t want to be there and is a mood burner. She never has any enthusiasm. Just blah & very rude.“

Customer service was on point. He didn't have us come get it or redoordash it to us. He personally offered to do it out of the kindness of his heart.“
“I couldn't find the sub my kid always likes online or on the app, so I called to ask. Not only did they say they could make it, they took my order right then, and it was ready within 10 minutes. Love the friendly and accommodating staff, and made my kid's day! They did a great job making it; he said it was delicious!“

“Its parking lot is clean and well lit, very big. The inside is warm and clean. The bathrooms are clean and well kept, with several stalls. I couldn't find paper to dry my hands, just the air blow device. Prices are high for food and coffee, but all the plazas on I-90 have high prices.“
“Highway Rest Stop. Staff does get the orders out quick. We didn't wait long at all and it was crowded. The fries were ok. I find that alot of the McDonald restaurants french fries are as good as they use to be.My Big Mac was very good and my wife really liked the Quarter Pounder Delux.“
“This Arby’s is honestly a 10/10. The fast food in this area is very poorly managed and staffed, but this Arby’s is a well oiled machine. Everything is always hot and fresh, even if you have to wait a few extra minutes (which I don’t mind if I’m getting hot food). The staff is extremely friendly and they are so efficient. Even when they are under staffed they are working better than the fully staffed McDonald’s down the road. Arby’s is a bit more pricy than other fast food restaurants, but it’s seriously worth the price when you are in Herkimer. The other restaurants are really that bad.“
