Took a coupon from the sunday paper and the Herkimer store did not honor it. Reread the ad and it said participation may very. Which puts them in the right. But, KFC,please ,list nonparticipating stores so you can save me the drive. This really irked me.
Staff working register is pleasant normally, though so staff working the prep line to include shift leads focus on drive through orders before dining room orders. I recommend you utilize drive thru if you want fast

I ordered dinner here. They forgot the French fries that went with a meal I ordered. So I went back through drive thru & they gave me the fries. I ordered the Nacho Fries Box with no beans on the beefy 5 layer and no chicken on the chalupa. Well, they did the opposite. Gave me beans on the 5 layer & chicken on the chalupa.
