Orders are frequently wrong, but as of my most recent visit being today, I ordered 2 meals in the drive-through. The employee only prepared one of the meals I requested and didn't include the drink, napkins, or a spoon for my Mac and cheese. Still got charged the full price of the meal though.
Quick and easy for when u are needing something quick and easy. Also has the best inexpensive menu over other fast food places around.

I ordered dinner here. They forgot the French fries that went with a meal I ordered. So I went back through drive thru & they gave me the fries. I ordered the Nacho Fries Box with no beans on the beefy 5 layer and no chicken on the chalupa. Well, they did the opposite. Gave me beans on the 5 layer & chicken on the chalupa. I was already home at that point (10 minutes away) so I didn’t go back to the restaurant so they could fix my order. This is my first time writing a review about my experience but it has happens 90% of the time when I order food from here.Service staff should take into consideration that some people have dietary needs and/or allergies which is why items are ordered a special way.

Took a coupon from the sunday paper and the Herkimer store did not honor it. Reread the ad and it said participation may very. Which puts them in the right. But, KFC,please ,list nonparticipating stores so you can save me the drive. This really irked me.

Waited in the lobby for 25 min then 15 mins the last 2 times I went there. The drive through was moving along just fine because it is monitored. Tried to get help from red shirt staff (I was told they are some level of management) and was either ignored or met with rudeness. I now only go there for deliveries (will not spend my money there) but am refusing almost all orders from that location. I know it's a tough place to work, but being mean to people for asking why their food is taking 25 minutes (after the quoted pickup time) is completely unreasonable. There is one guy working there that is helpful but he's way outnumbered by unhelpful staff, I appreciate him.
