“I ordered the Al pastor Mexico taco trio and a couple of beef tacos tonight 12/02/23. The food was delicious!!! The hot sauces both green and red.... delicious!! I ordered for take out and the order was ready quickly. The business is easily recognized as you drive up and passed. The place is clean and has a few tables for sitting down for a meal if you choose. I will certainly order from them again and I would recommend to anyone to give them a try! Well done ?“
“We stopped here after taking a course nearby. We're not from the area but we were craving some good Mexican food. This place satisfied that craving more than we could have anticipated. It lacks the distracting bells and whistles that most inauthentic lackluster Mexican joints on Long Island tend to have. The focus here is on the food and the passion behind it comes through in each bite.It's tucked away in the corner of a little shopping mall but dont let its lack of street presence keep you from giving it a shot. The horchata was spot on! Will be stopping here the next time we are in the area for sure.“

“As I was looking for a Moe's to hit on the way home for a to go order. There was one on my right hand side at the stoplight... so convenient hopped right in got my meals left and was home before they were even cold!Vegetarian options: I love their plant based option for protein. “This place is super busy for a reason. The food is outstanding with fresh ingredients and ample portions. Everything we had was phenomenal. The bus boys worked diligently to clear tables. They brought chips and salsa as soon as we sat down and came back to fill out water glasses. We had a new server and she was very sweet. We had two margaritas and while they were delicious, they're not very strong or big for the $15 price tag. The only downside is the noise level. It's very loud inside with the music blasting which makes people talk loudly over it. If that bothers you, go on an off-peak time. Don't skip the restaurant, just go when it won't be as busy. Tables are kind of tight together, so I don't know how a wheelchair user would do here. I am not in a wheelchair, just commenting off my experience. PS, you can order the salsa to bring home and I suggest you do because it is literally the best salsa I've had at any restaurant.Vegetarian options: The menu has V next to itemsDietary restrictions: The menu has GF next to items that can be made gluten free, but at the bottom the menu they clearly say they are not a gluten free restaurant and can't guarantee cross contamination.Parking: The parking right by the restaurant is limited, but just walk a bit down and there are more spots in the free parking lot.Kid-friendliness: I think kids can find anything they'd like on the menu. There are burgers, tacos, quesadillas, etc picky kids may like.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is tight and I don't think a wheelchair would bode well trying to get around.“

“I can't tell you how elated I am to have a Cactus Cafe around the corner from me. Discovered them in 2005 when I worked near the Glen Cove location. I'm happy to report the quality is still top notch and everything I've eaten so far has tasted delicious. I was transported back to 2005 today when I had the shrimp burrito. Still the best shrimp burrito I've ever eaten. The corn & chicken chowder is not to be missed along with the Peruvian chicken.
