Probably the worst DD in the United States. The manager is horrible- witnessed her yelling at the employees in front of everyone- customers and staff- you can tell it’s a miserable work environment with poor leadership! Do Better
Ilion dunkin has stepped up in a big way since my last visit friendly hard working staff quick service and a great product my only complaint is the prices wow !!!! Went to florintine bakery in utica and the service and products are far superior and the prices and atmosphere are better .

Just wanted to say thank you too the lady with the tattoos she is an awesome person every morning my granddaughter goes in and orders her frozen coffee and this lady knows exactly what she wants and makes my granddaughter happy and also the manager does the same they both are amazing and I want to say thank you.
