“Went to this location yesterday. Ordered my meal and two kid's meal. Cashier showed me a draft receipt asking if everything was ok and I skimmed it saying "yep". When I picked up our order. It was missing one of the Happy meals. I looked at the receipt I was holding again and realized he hadn't heard my Happy meal and instead just a plain junior burger. I realized the mistake was mine and mumbled that I would figure it out and said thank you and went to sit down. A few minutes later one of the employees came over with a Happy meal bag with the fries and toy that we were missing since I didn't catch the error originally. It was super sweet and they didn't need to do that. It kept me from having to get back in line and wait for another order. Excellent customer service... Especially since the error was mine!“
“The staff of this KFC location do an amazing job of not only making the most delicious chicken of any KFC location, they're also wonderful at customer service! I can't afford KFC often, but when I can, I come from the 19th Ward to this location specifically.“
“I have eaten here twice already. The wings were crispy and they have unique flavors like mango habanero (which is delicious). My favorite so far is the garbage plate- the Mac salad is delicious and their meat sauce is very flavorful. The restaurant itself has good vibes, very clean and easy parking.“
“First of all, I love their pizza. On my top 3 list. What was so special was that they helped us with my daughter's gender reveal. Also because the owner made the pizza himself for this occasion and used the sauce to make a G for a girl. All the staff came out to help us with this celebration and they were all so kind and thoughtful. They said it was the first time they ever did a gender reveal and on the spot too. “Had been there a few times in the past. However this time was for Pi day. The staff was well prepared for the rush and had a nice flow going. The only issue was their registers froze. However we're able to get them up and running within 10 mins. Not something they could control. Pizza is amazing. So many options, sauce, cheeses and toppings. As well as topping sauces. Good fountain drink options and others for kiddos.Vegetarian options: They offer vegan cheese options as well as crust too (cauliflower esp)Dietary restrictions: Offer gluten free crust options, as well as the above mentioned.Wheelchair accessibility: The doorway can be tight if a lot of people but a wheelchair should be able to move with some ease.“
“Today was my first time visiting the new Jersey Mike’s establishment on Monroe Ave in Rochester NY. At the time we had arrived,there were only three employees behind the counter with a full line and lots of online orders coming in…however, the staff handled every customer with EXCEPTIONAL service as quickly as possible—while working together with such patience! and not to mention…the food was amazingly fresh, and delicious. “Their plates and burgers are fantastic. And perhaps the best fries in the city. Be careful using the delivery services, sometimes it doesn't take. So give them a call, walk in because they're very friendly and helpful and you'll get a fantastic meal.“
“Firehouse seriously have the best subs. The veggie sub and the tuna sub are my absolute favorite. The chili is spot on and I refuse to believe someone’s grandmother isn’t in their kitchen making it. The Mac and cheese is bomb too. We order from them at least 2-3 a week! Never disappointed! Highly recommend!“
