Today was my first time visiting the new Jersey Mike’s establishment on Monroe Ave in Rochester NY. At the time we had arrived,there were only three employees behind the counter with a full line and lots of online orders coming in…however, the staff handled every customer with EXCEPTIONAL service as quickly as possible—while working together with such patience! and not to mention…the food was amazingly fresh, and delicious. The service is great, and the employees are amazing!! I walked in there a few weeks ago and the worker with red hair was so nice, she immediately complimented me :). I walked in there today again and the same girl was there and was so nice and was such a vibe love her!!
