Delicious ice cream! New flavors almost every week it seems! The staff are always very friendly! You get quite a bit of ice cream for a very affordable price!

Wow! I cannot believe this place. Went at 8:25pm, 35 minutes before closing and my husband and I spent 5 minutes listening to the worker complaining about another co-worker. Just to approach us to say, "Sorry, we're closed" What, 35 minutes left and you can't make us a sundae? What happened to customer service? No wonder so many places are closing up. I will call the manager in the morning. So sad.

Great Soft Ice Cream! Friendly servers. I recommend giving it a try. There's places to sit inside and out if you'd like...Recommend!

I didn't get a chance to try Purity when we were in Ithaca this summer. Was very happy to try it out near home! Very delicious ice cream flavors, we both tried 3 flavors each in our sundaes. Favorites go to the pumpkin pie, berryblast (i forget the exact name of this one), and banana cream pie.

Thank YOU Mike & Wendy Nolan and staff- shout out to events coordinator Sarah and our server Grace- for the perfect Irondequoit venue to host my daughter’s bridal shower. The rooftop garden was transformed into a beautiful and elegant setting. It may have been one of the warmest days of the year, but the solar panels provided much appreciated shade and the light breeze was wonderful to keep every one of our guests cooler. The menu choices including beverages were excellent. I can’t say enough about how wonderful your staff is and how easy it was to work with them, especially you Mike from my first phone call to discuss venue options. Well done! Every single guest complimented the venue and any locals said they would be back!

They buy their frozen 5-gallon buckets from Purity in Ithaca and their soft-serve from Upstate Farms dairy cooperative. Enjoy local! The lines can be long on busy days, but it's worth the wait.

Service was very good and the girl was friendly, in spite of the huge line. And just like everything else, prices have increased, and yes having prices displayed would be helpful. The ice cream was great. Definitely worth the trip. And in response to the comment; "they had the nerve to ask for a tip". The employee didn't ask for a tip, when paying with a card. There's a screen that pops up to add a tip, I'm sure you don't have to tip if you don't want to, it's just the way their system is currently set up.For an idea about prices:Mexican sundae was $5.75, large hard ice cream(holy cow) with peanut butter sauce was $5.00. And 2 small soft serve dishes was $8.00. So the total was $18.75 plus $1.50 tax= $20.25. In my opinion, that's not horribe

A great local neighborhood place to go for ice cream. A nice selection of items, reasonable prices, and everything tastes great.

Market Grill has consistently inaccurate, overcooked food paired with staff using the same gloves to mop the floor, handle money, and pick up and place customer food on trays, along with a hostile and angry owner (Mike), it’s hard for me to ever recommend The Market Grill to anyone ever again. After placing an order for a burger and fries (with fountain drink) and a garbage plate (with fountain drink), my husband and I watched as the staff who place our food from the kitchen
