The staff unfortunately wasn't particularly helpful answering questions as a first time guest. The menu prices also were not what was reflected on my receipt (Reg custard listed as $4, charged $4.50 + .75 for sprinkles. Reg HF sundae listed as $5.30, charged $6.80 + .75 for nuts).Otherwise the ice cream was delicious!“

“Went to Shelly's Sweet Shoppe and ordered a birthday cake and cookie tray. Shelly was very helpful and patient with me as I wasn't sure the size of cake needed. Both the cake and cookie tray were beautiful and enjoyed by all of my guests. I will be back there time and time again and highly recommend her shoppe.“

“I didn't get a chance to try Purity when we were in Ithaca this summer. Was very happy to try it out near home! Very delicious ice cream flavors, we both tried 3 flavors each in our sundaes. Favorites go to the pumpkin pie, berryblast (i forget the exact name of this one), and banana cream pie.“

I don't remember exactly what it was called, but they had this kind of sundried sweet red bell pepper that was out of this world. I had that New York style with shallots, banana pepper rings, and vegan pepperoni. The owner works in the kitchen alongside his employees and really cares about producing superior pizza. Their pies are so much better than what you'll get ordering from a chain!“

“Hydra is one of my new favorite coffee shops! Very cozy atmosphere, I love the plants and the relaxed vibe. The coffee and espresso are very good - some of the best I have had in the area. I usually order a cappuccino and recently tried one of their breakfast sandwiches - I loved that smoked gouda was an option to add to the sandwich. It can get a bit busy later in the morning (on weekends) but there is typically enough seating. I have been loving spending my Saturday mornings here!“

The atmosphere is so cozy, staff are beyond friendly, and despite them being quite busy, I was in and out within 10 minutes. I got the Lavender Dreams Iced Latte as well as the Basil Breakfast Grilled Wrap. When I tell you this wrap was CHEFS KISS- it was perfect. Everything was so fresh. The only problem with Jines is that you need to give yourself extra time to either find street parking. It might be an issue for those with mobility issues or in bad weather as sidewalks aren't always plowed. I guess you can also park in the parking lot a little ways down from Jines. I think it used to be a grocery store or laundromat parking lot. It is free forJines patrons but you need to get your validation ticket before you put money in the self serve money slot. Otherwise it might be a hassle to get the money back as there is no one site. And if you skip payment without the ticket you risk getting towed.“

Third time trying it, figured maybe it wasn't a good night the past two times but not the spot for a coffee drink whatsoever which is too bad. They didn't offer cream, sugar, etc.“

“I was at Mayo Clinic in Rochester and an employee recommended Cedar Taste Mediterranean on the Skywalk. She was raving about the freshness of the food and I must agree. I had the Mediterranean sampler and it was so tasty. Warm pita, homemade falafel, homemade hummus, baba ganoush, and a deliciously fresh salad. I had a side of fresh baklava. Leslie was our event coordinator and she was extremely flexible and laid back with whatever we may need. IBC had no minimum or room rental fee. Upon arrival, Diane was our server and she sure delivered! She made sure everyone had drinks consistently, and was wonderful!
