service at Ithaca was horrible 1 person in front of me and waited almost 5 minutes to order and its been 10 minutes since I ordered and still waiting and there not even busy guess I know why
Went there tonight and the first thing I notice is the heavyset guy at the window is not wearing a mask. He served the two cars in front of me without it and only put it on when I motioned from my car. When I got my food, the rueben sandwich I ordered had literally one tiny slice of meat on it. When I complained, another guy at the window tried to tell me that it was made correctly. A third person, a female manager type, said that they only put three ounces of meat on it. what you order and what you get are two different things!! order a gyro you'll get a burrito with no one telling you what your getting isn't the same as what you ordered!
