I like the roast beef & cheddar and my wife likes the reuben sandwich, but we both agree on the curly fries. We went for lunch and the restaurant was understaffed but they handled it like champs. It looked like there was only one cashier, one drive-thru person, and one cook, but they were friendly and we got our food quickly. Great teamwork!

This particular Arby's always has a friendly person to greet you and complete your order. As far as Ithaca goes, there is no better restaurant for service and quality than this Arby's. Someone taught their valued team members to care there. Keep up the good work. ?

I have always enjoyed their food, just the last few months have NEVER actually gotten my food at the window. Every single time, and I’ve gone there at least once per month, I either have to pull up or pull into a parking space for them to bring me out my food. And it’s not just me, there are several of us parked out there each time. I’m not sure if they’re trying to keep their drive thru time low or something but it’s really tough to have to pull up or over every time...read full review
