Hope & her wonderful team catered our wedding at the Fontainebleau Inn and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. She and her staff arrived early, stayed late and went above and beyond. From start to finish, Hope was accessible, professional and easy to work with. She listened to what we wanted food wise and offered suggestions based on years of experience. Excellent soups, lots of grab and go items available. Very friendly service. Breakfast sandwiches have real eggs and are delicious. Definitely recommend stopping here if you're looking for a nice change of pace.

We used Hope for our October 2022 wedding. We had a very clear vision of what we wanted, incorporating cuisine from both central NY (the bride's homestate) and Michigan (the groom's homestate).
