Bad service she lied don’t go here they spit in my stuff the last time

The brown lady that took my order laughed at my accent. Then when I told her what I wanted she lied that it wasn't on the menu. I switched my order to a smoothie and it was the worst Smoothie I ever had. She used a brown banana! I had to throw it away. Save your money and buy from somewhere else. It's not worth the insult nor horrible food quality.Also worst donut ever. I don't know what this specific establishment is doing but the donuts tasted like they were made 3 days prior. I threw the donut out as well. Money wasted. I'd give zero stars if I could.

The first time that I came here, they weren't wearing a mask. I politely asked them to put it on, but they didn't, so I went to another Dunkin' Donuts nearby. The more recent time I came, I was overcharged for something I didn't buy, and when I asked for it to be removed from my order, I just got yelled at by the cashier.

I mean maybe I should stop using the app. I loved it for convenience but I'm not sure all stores use it. Let's just say this is the second time I used the app to order food on the go and the order wasn't there there was confusion. My receipt was on the counter so I approached and the person ahead of me got annoyed as if I was skipping them. I said I'm looking for my on the go order. A worker approached me and the grimacing other customer and he gave him his breakfast and the guy looked at me even harder. I said again I'm trying to get my on the go order. Let's just say they didn't make my to go order and as I waited 2 other patrons came in, none of our orders were made and then was late for work. It's not their fault that I was late for work no no I'm not blaming them for that. I just feel like the service isn't improving in this establishment.

If you need a birthday cake or just a cake for any occasion .this dunkin donuts slash baskin Robbins has some really good cakes .I was there one day to get my little cousin a cake for her birthday. She already had a cake but it wouldn't hurt for her to have another one. So I asked the cashier could she get me the particular one I wanted .and could she write happy birthday on top of it and that's what she did she was so nice and courteous very helpful. She even got me a big bag of ice for the ice cream cake. I even gave her a tip extra because she was working on commission. So the workers were very helpful and gracious. Very great customer service at it's best. Hats off to the nice lady who looked out for me that day. The atmosphere was decent and the prices were not bad

Online says they close at ten pm. However when we arrived at 730pm we went inside and after taking out three cartons on ice cream was rudely told that icecream was closed. When we told what it said online was told "well online is wrong" Rude

Basking-Robbins is one of the best places to get icecream cake! Their Oreo icecream cake is delicious. Ok service... but AMAZING icecream cake!!!
