The first time that I came here, they weren't wearing a mask. I politely asked them to put it on, but they didn't, so I went to another Dunkin' Donuts nearby. The more recent time I came, I was overcharged for something I didn't buy, and when I asked for it to be removed from my order, I just got yelled at by the cashier.
I mean maybe I should stop using the app. I loved it for convenience but I'm not sure all stores use it. Let's just say this is the second time I used the app to order food on the go and the order wasn't there there was confusion. My receipt was on the counter so I approached and the person ahead of me got annoyed as if I was skipping them. I said I'm looking for my on the go order. The brown lady that took my order laughed at my accent. Then when I told her what I wanted she lied that it wasn't on the menu. I switched my order to a smoothie and it was the worst Smoothie I ever had. She used a brown banana! I had to throw it away. Save your money and buy from somewhere else. It's not worth the insult nor horrible food quality.Also worst donut ever.
