Had Borenstein dinners on El Al a number of years ago, and was impressed. Quality is better than the 'Schreiber' dinners, you might remember - from years ago. The current 'Regal Meals' line could make you feel more Malchayot (from the Hebrew, meaning 'Monarch.').
Last Sunday I flew from New York to Buenos Aires on American Airlines. When they brought me my dinner I opened the packages and when I wanted to eat the bread inside I found a piece of green bag. Take a picture and when you get home send an email to Borenstein Caterers Inc (who do the kosher service). They never answered me. Green peas side dish - you get a lot of green peas, and they are not mushy, but both times I've had them they haven't been cooked as much as peas are normally cooked. They were very al dente. No seasoning or salt or pepper and they seem a bit watery.
