This has been one of my favorite places for wings for quite sometime, that is until tonight’s horrible experience. Granted I’ve had been to the restaurant multiple times and enjoyed their food (wings mostly as their burgers are not great at all). I have ordered from them many times, and as any restaurant they had some mishaps with the orders but I’m not a petty person and get the fact that sometimes mistakes are made and sometimes the food is better, and sometimes it’s just crappy cause it is delivery after all. Tonight’s order was my last one as they outdone themselves in poor customer service. I ordered my fave, the chicken wings and they came without the three special sauces which make the dish worth the 13$ price tag. The fries were awfully greasy, as you can see from the images I included. They were also missing the sauce they usually send over. I also ordered the chili bowl, and specifically ordered a side of chips, which were not included. Neither was a spoon. Or an extra napkin. There was a surprise side of blue cheese, some ketchup, a fork and ONE napkin. Also, somehow there were fries inside the box of the wings, and I did not put them there. I called the restaurant and the rude person on the line (darn I didn’t get a name) told me that chips are not on their menu and the fact that I’ve stated that I’ve always ordered the chips and RECEIVED them was for him to comment that this could make us “go round and round all night”. $7 chili bowl without bread or chips??? Really? He offered to reimburse me for the sauces, to which I said, thanks but that still doe not allow me to actually enjoy the meal I was looking forward to, and the 50 cents won’t change that, so I told him to keep it in lieu of the customer they just lost. Idk if the place is under new management, but if so they will be losing a lot of customers and fast. So sad to have to cross this place of my go-to list. It was good while it lasted. Learn customer service and then try again.
