This place has very bad service . I went there for a strwdrgn refresher. The way I drink is 75% refresher base with no ice no green tea only refresher and I use my own water on the refresher base. There was a boy who is deny to give me like that.

Came across one of the nastiest staff members I’ve ever met at any place of business. I’ve never seen a man roll his eyes in rapid succession while asking me what I wanted. We’ve never met before and I’ve never seen him before but yet the attitude was just as stale as certain products. When I then asked for an item he said due to us closing soon (47 mins from closing ) he was not making it. Which the whole time he rolled his eyes. I would love for cooperate to review the tapes and witness the ridiculousness of it all Todays date is 10-15-23 and he was I assume on the closing shift. I will be reaching out to HQ as well. If I wasn’t who I was I would have received different treatment. Fill in the blanks.

If you couldn’t make it soon then why took my order. Every Bengali people like you should not run Dunkin’ Donuts. One of the worste customer service I've experienced in a while. I literally stood infront the cashier while she ignored me and continued conversations with her peers. One of the other workers pointed to me on an attempt to get her to take my order and again she ignored me as if she's purposely doing it. I ended up walking out. I will not be visiting another franchise

I ordered a grilled cheese, and the bread quality was bad. It was stale and had a sour taste to it. When i asked for a refund they said they couldn’t and they said they can replace it. So when they replaced it, they gave the same bread as last time. Never coming here again.

terrible service. I usually get a frozen coffee and it was so bitter and barely had any taste! They wouldn’t give me a replacement and they were so mean. They started laughing with each other! Later on, they decided to give me a refresher for a much cheaper price than the frozen coffee! In the replacement drink (raspberry watermelon refresher), it had two little brown things that looked like bugs!! I had to throw it away and I don’t even get a drink. FULL OF WASTE OF MONEY!

This location never has small sugar packets and the personnel are nasty rude they don’t listen well the order and they gave you a nasty looks and they need more chair because people take most of the chairs and then u can’t seat plus homeless people getting in and ask for money not good men
