It's a beautiful shelter. Any one who gets placed here is very lucky.
surprisingly clean ?
Easy toget to
I think people expect the Ritz sometimes with their reviews. For a hotel, on a connection to Europe it was great for our family. Proximity to airport was very good, food was good both breakfast and dinner. We slept well...And people were very nice at front desk.
Never been there.so I can't really give my input on the hotel.however, every hotel in Queens I can say they suck.
Old outdated rooms, tiny bathroom even in suite. Serves it’s purpose for shut eye in a bed near the airport.
Flight was canceled and was put up here for the night. Really dated place, felt kinda musty old too. I guess fine since it was free but i wouldn't pay to stay there. No free bfast

very short and quickly service for a long travel in US offer a perspective of the city and have a good service in a airport like the jfk and have a lot information about the roads and trip in the west coast
That Alvin Henderson person gave a fake review. Probably a fake name too. This hotel is a former Sheraton which has been repurposed as a homeless shelter. I should know, I have a relative that's been there since November 2018. The bar is gone, and the Club room is now a waiting area, as the people aren't allowed in their rooms while the cleaning crew do their work.
