This may actually be one of my shortest reviews ever. My wife and I came off the Airtrain at Jamaica and were headed to the LIRR for the trip home. We were waiting inside the station before going to the tracks simply to remain in the warm air.Behind me was NY Deli and all I could see were the pretzels. I thought it would be a nice idea to purchase one for the ride home. We did. Not so good. I was truly looking to have that warm soft pretzel, it was neither.
I bought a small $6.99 bag of chips here between flights at the JFK Terminal 8 location. They charged me on that day, and they charged my card again two days later. My bank wants me to contact them first to try to settle the dispute. HOW? I can find no contact info for them at this location. However, they were not a friendly group of people to begin with, and I am not going to spend hours more figuring out how to contact them. I wonder how many others have given up. One day, I was starving so I bought 4 hot dogs. The total cost, including taxes, was $15.86. No, this isn't a typo. And as an added bonus, there were no seats.
