We were there for dinner, poor service and our dinner was almost inedible! The fried rice for 2 had about 6 cloves of garlic making it inedible to eat. The noodles had zero flavor and meat was just ok, I had to tell him no garlic as he tried to put lots on that too. What a waste of money?

One of the waitresses there was very rude. She gave my family and I no drinks that we had ordered, no utensils for our food. The chefs noticed that we were upset about her service, and stepped in to do her job. It was giving very much racist.

I ordered hibachi online and it had the option to add salmon for $1. When order arrived, no salmon. Drove to restaurant, showed them my receipt, also showed them online where it offers the option. They acknowledged that it is shown online for that price, but it is a mistake and they can not honor it. They declined to give me the salmon as advertised, and for what it's worth they also refused to give my dollar upcharge back.

ordered lunch to go. Two spicy tuna rolls, one shrimp tempora roll and one shrimp avacado roll. They gave an incorrect roll (tuna/shrimp, not shrimp/avacado) and when i called, the problem was not resolved after a lengthy discussion trying to tell them how the order was incorrect. In frustration, I ended the call. Won't order take out anymore.

We were a group of nine, service was HORRIBLE, and the table was sticky. Food didn't come out at the same time, it took them 45 mins to get everyone their food. Someone in our party told the waitress NO ginger on his plate as hes allergic to it and his plate had ginger on it. Also the waitress spilled a drink on me and they didn't even offer extra napkins to clean it up and when they finally brought napkins we had to clean the spill that the waitress caused. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I watched people leave and the tables were not even cleaned off, even after an hour. I could understand if the place was busy but it wasn't.

What a horrible experience! Service was beyond slow. Waitress knocked a drink over onto my sisters lap soaking her and spilling into her bfs dinner ( ruined it and was not even offered to replace) WE had to clean up the mess. Not even a sorry or anything off the bill. We will never go back to this place again.
Sushi is great. Presentation wonderful. Service not so much. Sake sour.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We were seated immediately along with a family of four. Our waiter took about an hour to come for a drink order. Then another 30 minutes to bring the drinks. Then another 45 minutes to take our orders. If it wasn’t around 8pm we would have left but all of the local restaurants were closing by the time we experienced such horrible service. We watched other tables that sat after us for hibachi be served that had another waiter. When asked about the timing we were told our waiter was busy.
