Nice place great service. My battered fish was too thick and undone. They did make me a new plate. I was disappointed it was one piece of fish because without the breading it was small. The fries were glistening with oil. I could not eat them.I left hungry. Staff and the manager were very nice.I do not eat fried food often but this was just too greasy as the second meal was brought I was happy but tue fries still were saturated in oil. Maybe they don’t drain them? Not sure.My friend’s meal was fine, grilled salmon, nice portion and her mom’s food was good too.Stick to non fried or battered food for me.I was shocked at the prices. I know things have gone up but $32 for a salmon dish and a side salad being extra. Thats more of fine dining prices and this is not that.My friend’s side salad was just lettuce with a shaved 1/2 a ring of red onion. I believe that was an extra $5 or so.That is not a salad. But she did like the dressing.

I hadn't been to a Red Lobster for years but got a gift card that I needed to use so decided this was the one to go visit. I was pleased with the waitress as she was very friendly and helpful. The cheddar biscuits were deliciously soft and fluffy like I remembered them. The Caeser salad and dragon shrimp were both very flavorful as well. I would be open to going back sooner this time considering the food and service.

We went for Endless shrimp, advertised for $20. It's not; it's $25 if you want "endless" shrimp. That advertising is deceptive. We all got the $25 deal. We had 4 kinds of shrimp. Only the coconut shrimp was good. The other three were only edible. I did get one extra serving of coconut shrimp. My supposed $20 meal, with one beer, was over $40 with a tip. We won't go back. I guess that's not expensive for seafood but the quality is mediocre and there are much better places for seafood in Kingston.

I like to think of Red lobster as ole reliable. Food is almost always good and servers are always super nice. We always sit with Susan cause she is just super attentive and isn't shy with the biscuits.

Got the endless shrimp. It was all very good. Service was a little slow this time, but other times, it's been quicker. Pleasant servers all helpful.

I've had dinner here dozens of times over the past 5 years. Last night the greeter tried sitting us at a tight, defective table where nobody can enjoy their meal. When we asked to change tables she offered us a table for disabled people next to the waitstaff area used for organizing things. She was extremely not helpful about sitting us at a normal table even though it wasn't busy. There were many open tables that were a normal size for a normal meal. I don't get it. We ended up leaving and will never return to this location. Do a better job training your staff. We are an easy table and would've spent $100 easily.
