“This is a great reason to support local businesses. Pizza is very good and priced right, $5-8 less than the other guys. And it's a solid pie. Wings are another strong point: great sauces, cooked perfectly and a good size.Service is as warm and inviting as it gets, one person nicer than the next. Love taking the kids on the weekends because it's not going to cost you an arm and a leg. This is what a neighborhood local should be.“
“Nice place, lots of potential for big things… staff is always polite and friendly however they are restricted with only one computer to cash people out and serve food/drinks out of, causing major delays to get a beer or a pool table. Would recommend to owners to invest in another system or two as it’s always a process at the counter. I’ve witnessed people walk away bc of it, at lots more sales could be made. Even a cocktail waitress would be a good addition in busy nights…“

“One our first visit when we arrived it was pretty busy and seemed frantic. The staff and who appeared to be a manager were speed walking everywhere. We looked at each other and the bartender looked up, smiled and said quite friendly "someone will be right with you". And in about 10 seconds they were. We got sat, and took a good look at the menu. Our server walked up after a few minutes and greeted us. We got welcomed, told the specials, asked if we had any questions, answered our questions, took our drink order and was politely told he'd be back with our drinks and to take our food order. HOW NICE! Service, actual good old fashioned professional restaurant service! He promptly came back with the drinks, chatted a bit and took our order. As we waited we watched the restaurant show. They were still busy. The bar was full. All the employees were moving fast but safely. Especially the manager she was zooming. Helping the bar, clearing tables, seating customers, chatting with customers, running food. It was actually very entertaining. The food shows up quickly. My wife had the Rodeo burger and I had the Buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. She really like the burger and I was AMAZED with the chicken sandwich. And what was funny was I generally don't order a chicken anything when I'm out. But when asked what was surprisingly good that's what he recommended and boy was I happy. The rest of the meal and dining experience didn't disappoint. We chatted with the manager and complimented her entire staff and food. We now have a new restaurant on our "Proven" list.“

The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in, and Alex behind the bar let us get a few photos with some of their primo Chiefs memorabilia.Very comfortable place to watch a game and enjoy a tasty adult beverage with great service so you aren't left waiting for the next round. Looking forward to our next visit so we can dig into their food menu!Parking: Street parking outside the bar is available, and we were able to get a spot right by the entrance - it was great!“

“First time in the area for a Bills game- From Toronto, Ontario..was trying to find a place that was open for some food for after the game. Stumbled upon Kettles. We called from the car asking if we could do an order for pick up. They initially said they usually don’t do that on game nights and prefer people to dine-in. We mentioned that we were driving back to Toronto that night- agreed to make the wings and could pick them up in 20minutes.Did not realize they were a cash only and explained that I didn’t know if my bank card would work in their atm being from Canada- the lady that I was dealing with offered that I could venmo her the amount (Canada doesn’t have venmo) ATM worked. Wings were paid for. Service was great. Staff was very friendly. Wings were AMAZING. Will be a for sure stop every time I’m back on American soil.“

“My husband and I went out to eat here on Friday to try their fish fry and it was excellent. The breading was unique and crispy and it didn’t taste like it was old gross fryer oil. The bar attendant was friendly and attentive. It’s a somewhat small place, I don’t believe their is actual waitresses, just order at the bar and they’ll bring you the food if you’re at a table. Overall a decent place for bar food with a great fish fry.“

“This was our second stop on our Wing Trail in Buffalo. It was a high recommendation from our waitress at Gabriele's Gate. It was dead when we got there at around noon on a Thursday, which was unusual. But the Garlic Parm wings were really good. Saucy, crispy, and very savory. And the Bucket O Beers was a great deal for a bunch of really good beers.“

“This is a great bar if you are looking to watch sports. They have a big bar and seating area with a bunch of TVs. The staff is super accommodating with what games people want to watch. They have darts as well. I got some medium wings, and for a sports bar they are pretty good. They were crispy but could have used a little more sauce. I will definitely keep on coming for more games!“
“The best sports bar in Erie County. Been going there for over 30 years. TV's everywhere. Great food. Pool table, Dart boards, Volleyball/Basketball courts attached. Grab a friend or a group of 20 and feel comfortable watching a game and having a few libations.“

“Great place good food, had to leave because of an out of control patron. He was very loud and opinionated, 5 people left in a matter of minutes. We weren’t sure if he was intoxicated or just needed attention (mark). We will be back soon, hopefully he won’t be there or we won’t stay.“

“Was at the Big Tree Inn on April 2nd for medium wings, beef on wick, 2 BLT's and a hamburger for an 8 year old boy from the UK and all was delicious and great. Special thanks to the lady in the kitchen ( may of been the owner ) who was very helpful along with James who came in later on and delivered our food. Just a great experience for a simple late lunch/ early dinner . Restrooms were very clean and the Inn over all was clean and orderly and the pictures and paraphernalia on the walls was great. “Wings are amazing, perfectly sauced.Onion soup was one of the best I've had.Fries cooked to protection, poutine was good (I'd ask for the gray on the side next time), I felt like the gravy was too thick and wasn't flavored to my preferred taste but it was good. Our server was attentive and very nice. He checked in our us once we we're seated and several times through out the meal. This please is aHidden gem. I can't wait to return!“

“I can't say enough about how fantastic my experience was at this rather unsuspecting-looking bar and grill. More of the former than the latter, the back of the establishment features a smattering of cozy tables away from the bar where you can start by enjoying signature house wings (typical WNY style with a variety of flavor choices or southern style - which are breaded and then fried) and one of the largest alcoholic beverages I have ever seen in my life. As my friend informed me "you only need one and you're DONE, but it tastes so good you don't even know its alcohol."Said friend has been a regular for years and took me on a weekend, earlier in the afternoon; we found it quiet and semi-deserted - all the better to make conversation with the amazing lady running things, who was dressed in a colorful matching jumpsuit to shame Lady Gaga. Needless to say I loved her instantly. I genuinely felt like her grandchild within two minutes of sitting down. That is classic southern-style hospitality at its best and the pace of the ordering reflected that - no pressure to rush, eager to answer questions and chat, happy to offer advice on the menu. This is not a place to go if you are in a hurry and that is in no way a bad thing.Pandora's is especially famous for their soul food fish fries - a GIGANTIC platter of fish and sides that would daunt a professional eater. You get to choose between multiple types of fish, done multiple ways. I got catfish with corn meal batter, a hard to find combination in these parts I miss from my youth, and chose the collard greens over the green beans. A variety of other standard sides came with as well - potato salad, mac'n'cheese, corn bread and more. Unlike many places, who seek to cover up the use of cheap ingredients lacking flavor by giving you gigantic portions, every bit of this massive meal tasted like the most fantastic grandmother on the face of the earth spent all day in her kitchen just to make you happy. The flavor profiles, the textures, the absolute joy your stomach sent to your brain - it was like Fish Fry Christmas!I've never had "the itis" (food coma) so bad as this day, or the next when I ate the other half. Absolutely amazing on every level. I've heard they host grown folks dance parties too - i.e. no youngins allowed to break the mood with trouble. Low key bar atmosphere with an older crowd.“

“Stopped in late last night and was greeted promptly by Chelsy, the bar tender. She was super quick to get my drink made and food rung in. Buffalo Chicken soup was good, though chicken was sparse. The Chicken Cordon Bleu pasta had a good amount of chicken and ham, and a good flavor. Very large portion of pasta! My drink was never empty. Thanks Chelsy!Parking: Over a dozen spots right along the front of the building. Seemed to be other parking nearby.“

“Has pool table and the staff is very friendly and helpfulI have no recollection on the subject of food there but I am very grateful for the way I had been treated. The other patrons had been friendly and pleasant to be around. They are definitely more club like on Friday night and more of a small town establishment on a Sunday afternoon. So plan accordingly and you won't be disappointed ? ? ?“
