The milk tea with boba and jelly grass was so good that....we purposely returned and ordered the same drink the next day (on our way back home to Boston after visiting U of MD). The refresher drinks on the sweeter side but still very good.Now the food is interesting I would never guessed to use jackfruit as a substitute but it works nicely. The best option I believe, this is just my opinion you can choose whatever you want, are the tacos. The burrito is good also but the taco is just better for some reason maybe its the shell they use for the taco, its a simple hardshell taco but it’s simplicity allows that cashew creme, kale and jackfruit flavor to really stand out.“

I don't normally get fruit teas b/c of how synthetic they taste, but the mango green tea + strawberry green tea are both amazing. The aloe here is something I've never tried previously, and it is like a crunchy, satisfying jelly texture. Service is speedy, efficient, and they know what they are doing! Ambiance is quiet, low-key, and chill. I see this more as a to-go spot.“

Most recently, the seasoning of the salmon changed not sure if they adjusted the recipe . However still good just not as flavorful. I chose United Special, my husband got something with lemon pepper chicken and it was sooo good! Every ingredient was fresh and high quality - especially loved the variety of cheeses. And I'm so glad we decided to try the tropical smoothie and watermelon juice. Made with fresh real fruits with no sugar added, they were perfect and tasted just like homemade! YOU GUYS ARE WRECKING IT.This place used to be incredible until they were sold to new owners that have very little idea how to run a 16 Handles. We just wasted a good 45 minutes running around picking people up, only to find out that there was no sugar-free yogurt which every 16 Handles has at least one of. There are certain standards that 16 Handles has in their franchise agreement and these guys are clueless. Please sell the store back to the old owners and restore the great frozen yogurt experience that used to be here. The one extra star is here because the one guy behind the counter is genuinely nice.“
