Driving through the parking lot is more costly than your order if you hit one of the pot holes and the place is never open by the stated hours. When they are open and you can navigate successfully to get your coffee without damaging your vehicle they are friendly and the coffee is good.

Every time i order coffee. I never get what i ordered. From a simple caramel ice coffee to a dunking ice coffee. No cold foam, no toppings, nothing. Everytime sadly.

I decided to go inside. I was the only customer. I stood at the counter while two women were working. I waited at the counter. They serviced (7) cars in the drive thru. As I decided to leave the young woman says can I help you. I politely stated I've been standing here (at 6'3) and no one acknowledged me. She says "I'm sorry we don't have a working bell , and I can't see over my visor". I responded by saying "three quarters of my body is in view under your visor". Horrible.

Used to love this location, but there seems to be new employees who don’t care about their job. Attitude at the speaker, and waited 10 minutes for the wrong order. Asked for plain bagel not toasted, boston cream donut, but got handed a toasted sesame bagel and vanilla frosted donut. very upsetting considering they even repeated my order. Seemed like they were miserable and didn’t want to be there.
