The place smelled like a cracked sewer pipe. The place was absolutely filthy. The staff there were the typical I don't give a crap about my job. The food was horrible and it would not be a surprise if the burger you got at 5pm was the same burger that was cooked at noon. There is a reason why every single McDonalds has 1 star or less, management, employees, lack of standards and overall poor quality control. This place has been operating for at least 40 years and it's fitting it has closed.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast bagel. I got a egg, cheese and onion bagel. Guy came out to let me know that their espresso machine was down. He didn't bother to tell me they were out of bacon. If he did, I would have happily chosen something else!

They botched my order this morning (6/15/23). Ordered (drive-thru) 2 steak, egg, and cheese bagels, gave me the bacon version instead. Was too far away to return it when the mistake was discovered.

It's not the nicest looking McDonald's and the parking lot is covered with put holes. But the staff very friendly and always get my order right, so I keep going back. My loyalty is to their amazing staff.

Was dirty, girl in back kept sneezing and used same hands with food. Girl also kept wiping her face with her hands and did not use gloves. No one wore gloves handling the food. Had latin music blasting from cell phone. Was only customer at counter and it took 5 minutes to be acknowledged standing at register. I believe it was the manager who was also in charge of music as his shirt was different than the others. Place sure has changed. Won't go back.
I had a awful experience there today I got ignored I stood inside waiting the rude worker says what would you like to order he wasn't talking to me he was talking to a customer in the drive thru I know you don't care but I will never set foot in that location again very rude mean nasty employees

Service was great, food was great, but are you kidding me with this parking lot? These have got to be the single worst potholes i’ve ever seen in New York State. I mean that. Do I need to rent an SUV to come to your establishment? Was this pavement laid in 1955? I literally cannot drive into your parking lot because of how terrible its condition is.
